Mah Sultan Khanum, daughter of Mashhadi Husayn Darvazah-ban (Gatekeeper) claims that Amin Darbar (Amin Khalvat) has seized her property, a piece of land in Dushan Tappah. Mirza Ahmad Khan, with the power of attoreny from his father, Amin Darbar, claims that this property was part of a larger property purchased from the late Nasir al-Din Shah. Complaint by Sadiq Khan's wife, 1899
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs asks the Government of Kurdistan to summon Sadiq Khan from Kurdistan (who used to be Amir Nizam's agent in Tabriz) and demands he settle the status of his marriage. Six years ago, Sadiq Khan married a woman in Tehran and since then he has neither paid her alimony nor divorced her.

Regarding Rahat Khanum's claim about a burglary, 1899
A Jewish woman, Rahat Khanum, claims her silk clothes have been stolen. Out of four suspects, they have only interrogated the writer's servant, who has denied the charge. Rahat Khanum has refused to pay for the court expenses and is currently staying out of sight. The writer complains about the unclear status of the servant.

Sayyid Abu al-Qasim's complaint against his brother
Sayyid Abu al-Qasim Tajir (merchant) from Usku, son of Mir Kazim Tajir, made a complaint against his brother, Sayyid Muhammad Tajir from Usku, regarding his share from their paternal inheritance and other properties, as well as the money he loaned to Haji Sayyid Muhammad's wife (daughter of Mir Hashim). Although his claim was denied, the brothers made a settlement to resolve the dispute in which Sayyid Muhammad agreed to pay seventy tumans to Sayyid Abu al-Qasim.
